Breitling-Dreadnaught, Nov 13, 10 4:09 PM.

Thank you for your interest in joining Dreadnaught.  After you submit your application, please check your corresponding thread in this forum for questions or a decision.  Please note that old apps are cleared to an archive forum after a week of inactivity.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact myself (Antisaint) or any of the officers ingame: Hathia, Cuongsr, or Breitling.

This guild is very relaxed and layed back, however everyone must understand that organization is required to get anything done. We do not have many rules but these rules MUST be followed!

  • Our raid times are 5:30-9ST Tuesday-Thursday with occasional cleanup on Mondays.
  • Upon acceptance into the guild, you will be on trial status for a period of two to three weeks while the officership monitors your attendance, attitude, and performance.  After no more than three weeks you will be given an up-or-down decision, being promoted to raider or removed from the guild.
  • Raid attendance will be tracked via the in-game calendar system.  Calendar events will be set up for every raid in a given week and all guild members trial status or higher will be invited.  It is your responsibility to accept or decline this invitation.
  • We require that you maintain a high attendance rate.  We understand things come up from time to time requiring you to AFK for a night, but if you you consistently have to miss nights this is not the guild for you.  We run a very tight roster ensuring core raiders get as much raid time as possible, however, this also requires you to be reliable.  If you have to be AFK a certain night, post a thread in the AFK forum with your title formatted as such: "Name - Date - AFK or Late"
  • You must be ready for a raid invite at 5:30ST.  We start invites at 5:15 ST to get the raid moving but 5:30 will be last call for invites. This means be on your main and at your computer.
  • Do not purposely do something that contributes to a wipe or members of the raid dying when a wipe has not been called by the Raid Leader.
  • Do not compulsively and constantly AFK.  The Raid Leader will call a 5-10 minute break sometime in the middle of the raid.
  • Currently we utilize 'loot council' as a form of loot distribution. This system is very fair and proved to work for us. Loot is distributed on the basis of attendance, skill, attitude, seniority, and how big of an upgrade it is for the person.  During your trial period, you will be considered lower priority for upgrades while we determine your final status.
  • Raiders are entitled to free enchants on their mains.  Please ask an officer about this.
  • All guild members are welcome to reply to applications submitted to our website to put in their two cents.  This gives us a better idea on whether or not the applicant will be a good fit for the guild.  Please be professional as your comments reflect upon us as a guild.
